REFUND POLICY

Products

Please note, we do not provide refunds or exchanges based on change of mind. In the unlikely event your product is damaged or broken upon delivery, please email cassie@thedermaldiscovery.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include a photo of the product and your order number and we will provide a replacement free of charge where stock is available.

Services

Please note, when booking a personalised skin consultation or personalised skin review we do not provide refunds based on change of mind. Please refer to the terms and conditions page before booking a service. 24 hours notice is required when rescheduling an appointment and a credit will be issued for another appointment day or time. No show to appointments will forfeit monies paid. Refunds will only be processed at the discretion of The Dermal Discovery.  

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic shipping

All orders will incur a fee for shipping within Australia and this will be calculated at checkout. Once your order is placed, we will send an order confirmation to your nominated email address. This also confirms we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process. All orders are shipped using Australia post within 1-3 business days and you will receive an email once your order has been shipped including a tracking number. Please refer to the Australia post website or your tracking number for shipping time frames. By default our packages are shipped with authority to leave. Please ensure there is a safe place for this to occur. We do not guarantee delivery times and are not responsible for delays outside of our control.

International shipping

At this time, any shipping outside of Australia is currently unavailable.
